FOUNDING

EEC LLC was formed because it became clear that the best business ideas and best people were struggling in some extremely demanding, shifting, and harsh environments without the knowledge or tools they needed to succeed, let alone improve the world for others the way they dreamt about.

For many, work has become nothing more than joyless and devoid of passion. Life seems to always be accelerating, and stability appears to be a relic of the past. At EEC LLC, we've discovered that equipping innovative thinkers, proactive doers, and courageous aspirants with the right tools, knowledge, and guidance at the crucial moment can yield substantial benefits for all.

About Our Speaker Consultants

Ethan Greene

I'm Ethan Greene, a seasoned advisor with experience spanning both the public and private sectors. I’ve had the privilege of advising top executives and senior leadership across various industries, guiding them through complex challenges and helping them unlock new opportunities. As the founder of EEC LLC, I serve as a principal advisor and speaker, sharing insights drawn from my diverse career in banking, finance, private equity, and consulting.

I’ve worked for the FBI, both locally in Dallas and nationally, offering strategic counsel to senior executive management. In addition to founding a private equity firm, I established this private consultancy, where I focus on delivering tailored solutions that address the most difficult and nuanced problems faced by people and organizations in the midst of their growth and changes.

I hold an MBA with a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and economics, along with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. My guiding principle is to build a better world for all—where justice, transparency, and long-term self-interest prevail. I firmly believe in valuing people over profit, fostering growth through knowledge sharing, and creating an environment where individuals are empowered to give their best, with the right protection and direction in place.

Known for my out-of-the-box strategies and keen observational skills, I’m often sought after by the upper echelons of organizations for my ability to challenge conventional thinking and offer solutions that others might overlook. I thrive on solving the kinds of challenges others deem unsolvable, and my work frequently puts me at the cutting edge of industry innovation, helping clients stay ahead of competitors.
